Qualifications

• Matric plus a National Diploma/Degree in Public Administration/ Busi- ness Management/ HRM or equivalent at NQF 6/7.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in HR/Transformation Unit.
• A valid driver’s license and understanding of the Public Service Act 1994/ Regulations 2001.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement Gender Equality Strategic Framework and WEGE policies.
• Facilitate capacity building on gender equality and disability rights legislation.
• Monitor implementation of gender equality and WEGE priorities in policies.
• Coordinate reporting and provide secretariat support for transformation initiatives.
• Organise training interventions and capacity building on transformation.
• Prepare correspondences and meeting packages for unit functions.
