Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated DC Clerk to join our Logistics team in Cape Town. You will support Fareye system operations, asset tracking, and daily KPI reporting while applying SOPs and learner materials to drive operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in administration and logistics, with preference for warehouse management system experience. This permanent, on-site role offers hands-on training and growth within our fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year Administration experience
• 1 year within distribution/logistics
• Desirable: experience on a warehouse management system

Responsibilities

• Assist with projects across multiple initiatives
• Develop SOPs, learner guides, presentations and assessments
• Conduct Fareye refresher training sessions
• Perform daily Fareye KPI compliance reporting
• Monitor Fareye live tracking across hubs and driver performance
• Support live agents and chatbots as first point of contact for store queries
• Deliver on-the-floor training related to asset tracking
• Configure scanners for operational readiness
• Troubleshoot Fareye system issues
• Manage Master Data in Fareye (new stores, updates)
• Drive continuous improvement using the Fareye platform
• Oversee asset management and tracking accuracy
• Set up and monitor EV operations within Fareye
• Perform Fareye administrative duties
