Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities within a multi‑disciplined environment and assume KPI responsibility.
• Ensure effective utilisation of people and resources to drive productivity to targets.
• Lead the department to maintain process compliance and adherence to SOPs, cutoffs and daily reports.
• Effectively manage and control systems and reporting.
• Help achieve budgeted and agreed financial targets and drive safety.
• Engage with internal stores and external stakeholders to resolve queries promptly.
• Analyse, interpret and report data to facilitate process improvement.
• Deliver high levels of service to customers and uphold brand values.
