Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Director of Technology Solutions in Gauteng to lead a distributed team focused on people analytics, HR reporting, and enterprise data management. You will own the global metrics catalogue, define governance standards, and partner with HRIS, IT data engineering, and Finance to turn data into strategic insight.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, cross-regional leadership, and a track record of delivering governed analytics in large multinational environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people analytics, HR reporting, and enterprise data management.
• Ability to define governance frameworks, data dictionaries, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR/data privacy and cross-functional data integration.

Responsibilities

• Own global people metrics catalogue definitions and calculations.
• Lead shift to self-serve reporting and rationalise legacy reports.
• Partner with HRIS, IT data engineering, and Finance on reporting decisions and milestones.
