• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in sports program management, with at least 3 years in leadership or directorial role.
• Proven experience in curriculum development, staff management, and budget oversight.
• Strong understanding of sports administration, recreation principles, and community development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fundraising, grant writing, or sponsorship acquisition is highly desirable.
• Ability to build and maintain partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for sports, recreation, and community empowerment.
