About the Role

Our client, a prestigious private sports and lifestyle club, is looking for an experienced Director of Club Operations and Member Experience to lead their operations in Bloemfontein . This executive role is responsible for the seamless day-to-day running of the club, encompassing all operational departments including F&B, recreation, facilities, and membership services. The primary focus is on elevating the member experience, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth through exceptional service delivery and innovative programming. You will manage a diverse team, oversee budgets, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the club's offerings and reputation within the Leisure & Sports industry. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all club departments, including F&B, fitness, aquatics, and events.
