Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
• 7-10 years in club management or high-end hospitality operations.
• Proven experience leading diverse teams across departments.
• Strong financial management: budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
• In-depth knowledge of club operations (membership, F&B, facilities, programming).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Proficiency in club management software and standard business applications.
• Willing to relocate to Sandton, Gauteng.

Requirements
