The role is remote-first, overseeing F&B, recreation, facilities, and membership services with a focus on elevating member experience and driving growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in club management or luxury hospitality operations, with 4+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in managing multiple departments and driving member satisfaction.
• Strong budgeting, P&L management, and revenue generation experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
