You will lead membership sales, renewals and engagement initiatives, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing to promote programs. CPR/AED certification is required.

Qualifications

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring a superior member experience, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness management, sales, and customer service, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. You will be instrumental in maintaining the club's high standards, managing staff, overseeing facility upkeep, and implementing strategies to achieve membership growth and retention targets. This is a key leadership position within our client's facility in Benoni, Gauteng , focused on operational excellence and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of club operations, including front desk, membership sales, fitness staff, and facility maintenance.
