Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in audit or related field.
• RA title with entitlement to practice is required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit teams across planning, execution and wrap-up of statutory audits.
• Be end-to-end accountable for client relationships and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing, including AI applications.
• Develop and coach staff; support recruitment and retention in the audit practice.
