Visser & Visser in Stellenbosch, South Africa, seeks an Audit Planning & Office Coordinator to organize audit planning across locations and support daily office coordination. You will work with teams in the Netherlands and South Africa to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and projects stay on track.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on office coordination, offering cross-border collaboration and development opportunities within a professional environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• At least 3 years in planning, office management, or coordination roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain audit planning schedules.
• Coordinate capacity and availability with managers and team leaders.
• Identify planning bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Schedule client and internal meetings and project milestones.
• Support onboarding and organise team events.
• Act as local point of contact for the Stellenbosch office.
