Qualifications

• NQF Level 7 degree or equivalent required.
• RE and Fit & Proper requirements apply; extension possible.
• Experience in direct sales leadership or channel management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the direct sales operating model to generate sales.
• Develop and implement contact plans and track productivity.
• On-the-job coaching and staff development with traceable processes.
• Ensure adherence to governance, policies and customer experience standards.
