Old Mutual Limited in Mossel Bay invites a seasoned sales leader to guide and grow an established team of top financial advisers. You will drive profitability by optimizing results, resources and risk within the area’s business plan, while contributing to regional leadership as a MANCO member.

Formación

• FAIS compliant with a certificate in Financial Planning or 120 credits at NQF level 5
• RE5 level 1 passed
• Previous Sales Manager experience preferred
• Accredited on all PFA products and other optional products
• Preferably 24 months’ service as a Financial Advisor

Responsabilidades

• Manage the application of PFA’s sales process
• Manage existing business processes including conservation and client care
• Coach and develop financial advisers
• Build and sustain a productive team
• Recruitment into Team of Quality Established Advisors
• Develop and implement a Local Marketing Plan
