Job summary

Greys Personnel is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to engage with business departments, analyse processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalisation.

You will translate requirements into functional specifications, coordinate system implementation, conduct user acceptance testing, and support system adoption across national projects. The role requires strong analytical and documentation skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in systems analysis, business systems, process optimisation, automation or a similar technology-focused role.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and experience working with developers.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional system specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business departments to understand processes, challenges and system requirements.
• Analyse existing systems and processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and digitalisation.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, workflows, process maps, BRDs, FRSs and wireframes.
• Design functional solutions and act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and developers.
• Coordinate systems through development, testing, implementation and rollout.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and identify system gaps, bugs and improvement opportunities.
• Support national system implementation, including user training, SOP development and adoption.
• Monitor system usage, data quality and functionality, conducting ongoing reviews to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather user feedback and work with developers to continuously enhance systems.
• Manage and prioritise multiple systems and projects to ensure they deliver measurable business value.
