Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in IT, BA, or IS, or matric with 10+ years experience and BA certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent projects.
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Produce BRDs, FSDs, user stories and process maps.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for development teams.
• Support SDLC phases including design, development, testing and UAT.
• Maintain requirements traceability and support UAT.
