Absa Group is seeking a senior product leader to own strategy, performance and execution for a portfolio of digital channels, translating enterprise strategy into high-impact bets and driving them from problem definition through delivery and measurable business value.

The role carries end-to-end accountability and requires leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize revenue, adoption and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced diploma in Physical, Mathematical, Computer or Life Sciences.
• Executive-level product leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong grasp of digital channels and business metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and operating plan for the digital channel portfolio.
• Lead Product Managers and foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Operations, Risk and Commercial.
• Create an experimentation engine to measure, learn and scale customer impact.
• Ensure security, resilience, compliance and operational readiness of the channel portfolio.
