Job summary

Absa Group is seeking a senior product leader to own the strategy, performance, and execution of a digital channel portfolio. You will translate enterprise strategy into high-impact product bets and drive them from problem definition through delivery, adoption, and measurable business value.

The role carries end-to-end accountability across the product ecosystem. You will lead Product Managers, set portfolio OKRs, own product economics, and collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing,

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5–10 years of related experience.
• Experience in digital product or channel ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap and operating plan for digital channel portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth, digital sales, usage and customer conversion outcomes.
• Lead Product Managers and build a high-performance product culture.
• Define OKRs and product economics; monitor performance and intervene as needed.
• Collaborate across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Risk to deliver outcomes.
