Job summary

Apex Group in Cape Town is seeking a Digital Product Data Analyst to drive product performance, user adoption, and business outcomes across digital finance platforms. The role partners with Product Owners, Finance, Technology, and stakeholders to generate actionable insights and measure success throughout the product lifecycle.

You will develop dashboards, ensure data integrity, and support data-driven decisions with a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, economics, business, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related discipline.
Certifications in analytics, data visualization, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL desirable.
3–7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, BI, finance analytics, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience working with large datasets.

Responsibilities

Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product adoption and business value.
Create dashboards and reports providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.
