Apex Group in Cape Town seeks a Digital Product Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery across digital product teams. You will coach cross-functional groups, enable product backlog alignment, remove blockers, and drive predictable delivery of business value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Agile, Lean, or project delivery certifications desirable.

Mansioni

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support Product Owners in maintaining and prioritizing product backlogs aligned to business objectives.
• Foster high-performing, self-organizing teams focused on delivering customer and business value.
• Delivery Management: monitor sprint progress, delivery risks, dependencies, and team capacity.
• Remove blockers and facilitate resolution of issues impacting delivery timelines.
• Drive predictable and efficient delivery of product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between product, technology, and business teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Engagement: partner with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and business stakeholders to support successful product delivery.
• Provide transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across global teams and stakeholders.
• Agile Governance & Continuous Improvement: track and report Agile delivery metrics, including velocity, cycle time, sprint predictability, and team performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve Agile maturity, team effectiveness, and delivery efficiency.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams and products where required.
• Change & Transformation: Champion Agile ways of working across the organization.
• Support digital transformation initiatives through effective delivery management and change adoption.
• Contribute to the development of Agile standards, frameworks, and best practices.
