Placements24 is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Digital Marketing to drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing through placement. You will work with clients across industries needing digital marketing expertise and stay ahead of trends in SEO, SEM, content, social media, and analytics.

Based in Mahikeng, you will build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process and exceptional candidate experience while leveraging ATS tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment with a focus on digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content, social media, and analytics.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with recruitment tools, job boards and social platforms for sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for digital marketing positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in various industries needing digital marketing expertise.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in SEO, SEM, content creation, social media management, and digital analytics.
• Screen candidates effectively, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide market insights and advice to clients on talent availability and recruitment best practices in digital marketing.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data in the recruitment database (ATS).
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing recruitment.
