Placements24 is seeking a Remote Specialist Recruiter with a strong focus on digital marketing to join their fully remote SA team. You will source, screen and place candidates in roles across SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media management and e-commerce.

With 3+ years in recruitment and a solid grasp of digital marketing KPIs, you will build relationships with marketing professionals and clients while navigating an autonomous remote setup.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies and KPIs.
• Proven ability to source candidates for digital marketing roles such as SEO, SEM and social media.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Experience working effectively in a remote and autonomous environment.

Mansioni

• Source, screen and interview candidates for digital marketing roles (e.g., SEO, PPC, Content).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing professionals and clients.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and team requirements.
• Manage recruitment process from first contact to offer negotiation and closing.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools to assess candidates.
• Utilize ATS and other tools to manage candidate data and progress.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the journey.
