The role requires 4+ years in TA with a deep understanding of sales and marketing functions, including digital marketing and brand management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and marketing functions, including digital marketing.
• Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency with recruitment tools/frameworks.
• Proven ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, HR, or related field.
• Experience in Sandton, Gauteng is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand talent needs for Sales and Marketing roles.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future opportunities.
• Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics and report to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends in sales and marketing talent acquisition.
