Job summary

You will plan content, coordinate events, and oversee collateral design while ensuring a cohesive brand voice. A 3+ year background in marketing and a relevant qualification are preferred for this dynamic, fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in retail/building materials.
• Qualify with a marketing credential and strong digital/social media knowledge.
• Excellent copywriting, communication and project management skills.
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain the company website, Google Business Profiles and online presence.
• Design marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, signage, catalogues and promos.
• Coordinate digital ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide monthly reports and insights.
• Write compelling copy for social media, websites, email campaigns and materials.
• Organize promotional events, trade shows and sponsorships.
• Coordinate with suppliers, designers, printers and external partners.
• Capture photography/video content for marketing purposes.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels and branches.
