Job summary

We are seeking a passionate Junior Marketing Manager to support development and execution of marketing strategies in Centurion, Gauteng. You will contribute to campaigns, brand initiatives, and growth, while coordinating with designers and agencies to deliver compelling materials.

The role covers social media management, SEO/SEM support, email marketing, market research, and event assistance. Local travel within Gauteng may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3+ years' experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
• 1 year of management experience
• Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) advantageous
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Gauteng

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional)
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and create engaging content
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce marketing materials
• Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI
• Assist in organising events, promotions, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Manage the marketing content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Liaise with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Update and maintain the company website (CMS, e.g., WordPress)
• Manage marketing budgets and process supplier invoices
