Job summary

Jackie Cory Recruitment seeks a Marketing Manager to lead creative campaigns, oversee digital platforms and strengthen brand awareness for the client across branches in South Africa.

The role requires 3+ years in marketing, a relevant qualification, strong digital and copywriting skills, and proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite and Microsoft Office. You will plan promotions and coordinate events and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years marketing experience, preferably in retail/building materials.
• Relevant marketing qualification with strong digital marketing and social media knowledge.
• Excellent communication, copywriting and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite & Microsoft Office.
• Experience planning promotions, in-store campaigns and seasonal marketing initiatives.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain website, Google Business Profiles and online presence.
• Design marketing collateral: flyers, brochures, signage, catalogues and promos.
• Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Monitor campaigns and provide monthly reports and insights.
• Write copy for social media, websites, email campaigns and promos.
• Organize promotional events, trade shows and sponsorships.
• Liaise with suppliers, designers, printers and partners.
• Capture photography and video content for marketing.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels and branch communications.
• Support sales teams with campaigns and promotions; stay up to date with trends.
