Job summary

QE Services IT Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Change Manager for a contract role in Cape Town (North). The incumbent will drive change across enterprise systems, bridging business and technology to ensure adoption of new platforms and processes.

The role requires strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, stakeholder engagement excellence, and experience in regulated financial environments. Hybrid/on-site work will be needed as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in change management within digital platforms and/or banking/financial services.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change for system implementations or digital transformations.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in training design and delivery for system rollouts.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for digital transformation initiatives.
• Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations across business units.
• Design and deliver communication and training plans to support adoption of new systems and processes.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for change initiatives.
• Monitor and report on change progress, risks, and issues, adjusting strategies as required.
• Support business units in embedding new ways of working and sustaining change outcomes.
