Job summary

takealot.com, South Africa's leading online retailer, is seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our Cape Town office's Retail Media Advertising team. You will drive planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels to achieve marketing objectives.

The role reports to the Digital Campaign Specialist Team Lead. You will engage with clients, coordinate insertion orders, liaise on creative assets, and deliver detailed campaign reports.

Qualifications

• Advertising/marketing or related qualification (Higher Certificate).
• Minimum 2 years digital campaign management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to meet targets and budgets.
• Manage full lifecycle of campaigns from enquiry to completion.
• Coordinate IOs, insertion orders, briefs and stock checks; ensure approvals before start.
• Liaise with clients on assets, briefs and focus products; set up meetings.
• Plan, schedule, and optimize campaigns across channels to meet objectives.
• Compile campaign reports and insights for clients; monitor performance.
