FNB Universal Advisor role in Pretoria focuses on delivering compliant sales and services to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch. You will guide customers to digital channels, perform transactions, and ensure FAIS, FICA and TCF compliance while building strong customer relationships.

Qualificações

• Minimum Grade 12 / NQF 4
• Preferably NQF 5 Banking/Business Admin/Customer Service
• 1–3 years in customer-facing financial services environments

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers professionally and identify needs to offer banking solutions
• Promote eChannels, self-service and digital platforms
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA and TCF in all interactions
• Process transactions and achieve service targets in a high-volume branch
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads and referrals
