Qualifications

• Minimum qualifying: Grade 12 / NQF 4.
• Preferred: NQF5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration or Customer Service.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide a positive customer experience and guide customers to digital/self‑service options.
• Explain processes and requirements clearly to clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies and attention to detail.
• Educate customers to the Banking platform aligned with their needs.
• Identify sales opportunities and support portfolio growth.
