Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate is required.
• Diploma or relevant qualification is preferred.
• 2-3 years in Retail/Banking client service or sales is expected.
• 2-3 years in a customer service / client facing role.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client needs by offering the right service and solution.
• Build client trust by applying expertise to benefit the client.
• Educate clients on subscribing and servicing their accounts.
• Onboard clients and guide them through Nedbank processes.
• Educate on self-service channels and digital platforms.
