Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Banking Services Higher Certificate (NQF5) preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in Retail/Banking client service will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process cash transactions over the counter and balance cash daily.
• Assist clients with digital/self-service solutions and online applications.
• Provide accurate information on products and services and resolve client queries.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver service that builds trust.
