Blacksmith Agency is a US-based AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set the narrative, steer budgets, and drive campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads from a strategic position.

You will own the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps per client, explain the numbers on calls, and focus on account growth through retention and upsell. Remote role with global client engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with clear results.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budget, bid, target, test creatives, and kill underperforming campaigns.
• Ensure reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Prepare 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and narratives.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Search Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
