Responsibilities

• Fault-finding and diagnosis on Volvo products using manuals.
• Interpret and implement information in Volvo Workshop Manuals.
• Perform maintenance and repair work to Volvo standards.
• Provide accurate reports on diagnosis, components, failures and actions.
• Coordinate with driver during breakdowns and complete required documentation.
