Job summary

SAB Prospecton Depot is recruiting a Distribution Supervisor to manage load planning, address customer delivery queries, and drive service level improvements. You will perform root-cause analysis on complaints and ensure drivers adhere to SOPs while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a relevant 3-year qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics, plus 2 years in FMCG logistics or customer service. SAP and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant 3 year tertiary degree/diploma in Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
• 2 years’ experience in a customer service role within FMCG Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Valid Code 08 Drivers Licence, proficiency in MS Office, SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage load plan daily and handle customer delivery queries and complaints.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of queries to prevent recurrence and ensure delivery SOPs are followed.
• Monitor driver hours, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain customer service levels.
• Coordinate with planning to calibrate master data to meet customer needs.
• Supervise in-trade deliveries and drive continuous improvement of service levels.
