Job summary

SAP-Fionee seeks a Delivery Centre Capability, Talent & Innovation Lead to drive capability development, workforce planning and partnerships for the South African Delivery Centre. You will shape talent pipelines, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration across HR, Product and Technology to enable scalable, innovative delivery.

The role focuses on translating delivery needs into practical development initiatives, leveraging partnerships and AI-enabled ways of working to build sustainable,

Qualifications

Experience in technology, consulting, banking tech, software or delivery environments.
Exposure to capability development, workforce planning or talent pipelines.
Experience with university partnerships and internships is a plus.
Strong collaboration with HR, Delivery, Product and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

Support strategic development and growth of the South African Delivery Centre.
Translate growth plans into medium- and long-term workforce, capability and capacity requirements with a scaling roadmap.
Identify current and future skills needs and define role profiles with the Talent Manager.
Anchor growing delivery areas with experienced resources that mentor juniors and sustain a commercially viable model.
Collaborate with HR, Lift Programme and universities to attract and develop graduates and early-career talent.
Develop and refine the Delivery Centre's talent pipeline and onboarding pathways aligned with delivery requirements.
