Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand ups or other scrum events.

• Continually educate the development team on Agile methodologies and practices.
• Coach and mentor delivery teams to increase agile maturity.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders for business growth.
• Analyse and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Report to clients and Head of Delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of an Agile working framework for targeted teams in complex technological environments.

• Manage and facilitate delivery teams to better collaborate, resolve conflicts and to work towards continuous improvement and value delivery.

• Oversee daily activities of delivery teams.

• Allocate resources and workloads according to delivery requirements

• Facilitate daily stand up or other scrum events.

Requirements

• 7 years' experience in a similar environment

• In depth knowledge of iterative development and continuous delivery

• Experience working with and managing multiple delivery teams

• Experience delivering complex development projects

• Experience working in Scrum

• Managing and communicating directly with multiple clients or stakeholders

• Strong administration, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and manage time effectively

• Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Project Management certifications (PMBOK/ PRINCE2/ Agile Project Management/ Scrum Master)

• Knowledge of SAFe methodology and standards a bonus

• Strong Proficiency with the Atlassian tool stack, particularly Jira and Confluence
