Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer focused on DeFi protocols.
• Proficiency in smart contract development using Solidity and familiarity with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
• Experience with DeFi protocols, including tokenomics, liquidity provision, and automated market makers.
• Familiarity with blockchain development tools and frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Ganache).
• Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js) and interacting with blockchain nodes.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement secure and efficient smart contracts for DeFi protocols (e.g., lending, trading, yield farming).
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and their underlying infrastructure.
• Write high-quality, testable, and well-documented code in languages like Solidity.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and security audits to ensure the integrity of smart contracts.
• Integrate blockchain solutions with existing financial systems and third‑party APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, research, and developments in the DeFi and broader blockchain space.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy for the platform.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards in all development efforts.
