Cora O’Neil Recruitment Agency is seeking a Debtors Key Accounts Coordinator for a permanent role based in Lynnwood, Pretoria. You will manage key client relationships within a commercial insurance and risk management context, maintaining the debtors ledger while handling high-volume administration.

The position requires a fully bilingual candidate (Afrikaans and English), strong administration and detail orientation, and a valid driver’s license with own transport to travel to clients in

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 minimum.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in Debtors, Debt Collection or bookkeeping/finance.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English, with strong communication skills.
• Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Key Accounts coordination and Client Relationship management for Insurance company specializing in commercial insurance and risk management (Surety Bonds Division).
• Maintain debtor’s book and handle high volume administration.
• Travel to meet with clients in Pretoria & Johannesburg to resolve issues.
• Manage service expectations and provide regular status updates.

Debtors Key Accounts Coordinator job vacancy in Pretoria.

We are looking for a Debtors Key Accounts Coordinator for a permanent position based in Lynnwood, Pretoria.

Salary: R15 000 – R20 000 per month (Depending on experience).

Non-Negotiable Minimum Requirements:

• Well presentable and professional person with strong administration skills and high attention to detail
• Fully bilingual and proficient in both Afrikaans and English a must, with strong communication skills in both (fluently speak and write)
• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in Debtors, Debt Collection or bookkeeping / finance / accounting a must (Preferably in legal / financial sector)
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Driver’s license and own vehicle (Travelling to clients required)
• Deadline driven and service delivery orientated
• Stable employment record and contactable employment references
• Residing in Pretoria
• To start as soon as possible
