Job summary

CampusKey Student Living invites applications for a fixed-term maternity cover, October 2026 to January 2027, for a role in financial administration and debtors management. The successful candidate will handle debtors, policy execution, aging reports and reconciliations while maintaining excellent client communication.

Ideal candidates have a financial qualification, hotel experience, and proficiency in Xero and Dext.

Qualifications

• Relevant financial diploma or degree.
• Experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Afrikaans.
• Must have a car and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent in computer skills (MS Word, Outlook and Excel).
• Experience with Xero and Dext.

Responsibilities

• Debtors management.
• Execute debtors management policy.
• Age debtors reporting and reconciliation.
• Payment arrangements within policy.
• Allocation and re-allocation of students.
• Resolve account queries.
• Prepare and submit deposit refunds.

Experience & Requirements

• Relevant financial diploma or degree;
• Experience in a hotel environment;
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans;
• Must have a car and valid driver’s license;
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills;
