Qualifications

• Matric essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field is advantageous.
• Must have a valid South African driver’s license.
• 5–8 years’ experience in business development, dealership referral and growth, account management, relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through dealership partnerships and new business acquisition.
• Onboard and manage dealership relationships to support sales targets.
• Monitor performance against sales targets and provide coaching where needed.
• Ensure regulatory and governance compliance in line with company standards.
