Job summary

takealot.com, a leading South African online retailer, is looking for a DC Industrial Engineer System to join our Supply Chain Team at the KZN DC. You will administer Oracle WMS, manage user profiles, provide level 1 support to DC operations, and coordinate with the WMS vendor and ERP for issue resolution.

Reporting to the WMS and Systems Manager, you will analyse system logs, develop dashboards, assist with system upgrades, and ensure QA on testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience within DC operations.
• Experience with WMS systems and ERP integrations is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of Oracle WMS, including user maintenance and access control.
• Interface between DC Operations and WMS vendor for issue logging and resolution.
• Develop dashboards and reports from WMS data for OPS management teams.
