Job summary

Discovery Limited is seeking a motivated telesales professional in Sandton to drive Life insurance solutions through outbound and inbound calls. You will manage client data, perform financial needs analysis support, and contribute to meeting Life Sales targets.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Word/Excel. Matric and RE5/NQF5 are advantageous; join a dynamic, deadline-driven team at Discovery Life.

Qualifications

• Matric is required and RE5/NQF5 is advantageous.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience, preferably outbound telesales.
• Life product knowledge is preferred, Discovery Life knowledge is an advantage.
• PC literacy with Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and respond to inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Make required outbound calls and coordinate administration.
• Maintain accurate details and statistics of all queries.
• Achieve Life Sales targets and communicate with members telephonically and via email.
• Handle objections and adhere to service level agreements.

Job Description

Identifying sales opportunities. Answering inbound calls timeously and making required outbound calls. Co-ordination of own administration. Maintaining accurate details and statistics of all queries.

Qualification & Experience

• NQF5 and RE5 qualification
