Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science/IT/Business/Statistics.
• 3–5 years of relevant data analytics experience with exposure to business process/retail reporting.
• 2 years of report development and data-driven solutions experience.
• Exposure to risk and compliance.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects.
• Knowledge of SQL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analyses of data and present information to measure operational performance against objectives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Produce and schedule high-priority recurring and ad-hoc reports to address business concerns and enable initiatives.
• Contribute to improving data quality and assist in storing and sharing knowledge related to operations best practices and processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide analytical support of actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
• Manage multiple systems for effective reporting and analyze data to support continuous operational improvement.
• Support store operations teams in identifying efficiencies, cost-saving initiatives, process improvements, and emerging risks.
• Create compliance reports that identify discrepancies with business policies and procedures.
• Interact with business stakeholders to design and implement audit analytics solutions.
• Facilitate interviews/workshops to evaluate workflow processes and solution requirements.
