Job summary

Boardroom Appointments in Durban seeks a perceptive Business Analyst: Data & Analytics to join the Supply Chain Intelligence team at Head Office.

You will drive continuous improvement, identify opportunities with business users, develop data analytics solutions, and lead cross-functional data and visualization projects.

Liaise between business and technical teams, document requirements, and provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or Statistics.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a similar role, ideally FMCG / Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous business improvement initiatives.
• Identify improvement opportunities with business users via Use Cases.
• Perform Cost-Benefit analysis to evaluate Use Cases.
• Streamline business processes with functional teams.
• Develop data & analytics solutions and lead data viz projects.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to deliver analytics.
• Unpack and document requirements; prepare functional specs.
• Plan hardware/software needs with infra and external suppliers.
• Provide post-implementation support and end-user training.
