EnableSA Port Elizabeth, South Africa, is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join their analytics team. You will work hands-on with data, build reporting solutions, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights for multiple departments.

You will develop SQL queries, Power BI dashboards, and maintain data models while ensuring accuracy across ERP, WMS, and POS systems. A 4–5 year track record in data analysis is preferred.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems or related.
• 3+ years experience in Data Analysis.
• Strong SQL experience.
• Understanding of Developing dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Prior experience working with ERP, WMS, POS or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse operational, financial, and retail data to identify trends, patterns, exceptions, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain SQL queries, reporting views, and structured data models used for business reporting.
• Create, enhance, and manage interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis in response to business and management requirements.
• Compare and reconcile information from multiple systems to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent.
• Investigate data irregularities and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports using SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
• Translate business requirements into clear, practical reporting solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders across different departments to understand their information and reporting needs.
• Assist in strengthening data quality, reporting standards, documentation, and governance practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, efficiency, and accessibility of business information.
