Job summary

MRI Software in Cape Town, South Africa, seeks an entry-level Data Management Analyst to support clients using MRI’s in-house software. You will collect data, process monthly/ quarterly financials, and train clients, while ensuring SLAs and strong client service.

Hybrid work includes 3 days remote per week with partial US hours (12:00–20:30 SA time). You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams, maintain data accuracy, and support on data processing for Interims, Audits, Tax Returns,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High attention to detail.
• High accountability and collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• MS SQL experience is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Finance and/or Accounting Principles.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize data and documents from various sources.
• Accurately process and review financial source documents, including Interims, Audits, Tax Returns, Budgets, and Rent Rolls.
• Maintain timely, professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Take accountability for ensuring data is processed within required SLAs.
• Use and maintain in‑house data processing software.
• Validate the collection and accuracy of financial documents.
• Run client and internal training sessions when required.
