Job summary

MRI Software in Cape Town, South Africa, seeks an entry-level Data Management Analyst to support clients using MRI’s in-house software. You will collect data, process monthly/ quarterly financials, and train clients, while ensuring SLAs and strong client service.

Hybrid work includes 3 days remote per week with partial US hours (12:00–20:30 SA time). You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams, maintain data accuracy, and support on data processing for Interims, Audits, Tax Returns,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High attention to detail.
• High accountability and collaboration.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• MS SQL experience is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Finance and/or Accounting Principles.

Position Overview

We are looking for an entry‑level Data Management Analyst to join our team focused on our Investment Suite located in Cape Town, South Africa. This role will provide administrative support for clients’ use of MRI’s in‑house software applications. You will collect data and documents from various sources and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, as well as provide ongoing client training. You will maintain timely communication with clients, ensuring accurate and efficient data collection and processing of financial documents (Interims, Audits, Tax Returns, Budgets, Rent Rolls, etc.). The role requires using in‑house software to process data within designated SLAs while delivering exceptional client service that exceeds expectations. Strong accountability and frequent collaboration with both clients and the internal team are essential. The position operates a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Cape Town Office, and the successful candidate will need to work partial US hours – 12:00 to 20:30 South African time, Monday to Friday.
