Job summary
Trending Talent Solutions is seeking a Data Controller for a 6-month contract with our oil and gas client. You will be responsible for accurate uploading, indexing and maintenance of documents and data within the Asset Performance Management (APM) system.
Qualifications include Grade 12 and a related diploma/certificate; strong MS Excel/Word/Outlook skills are essential. 2–3 years' data control or information management experience is preferred, in asset-intensive environments.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or NSC is required or advantageous.
- Diploma or certificate in a related discipline is advantageous.
- Experience with document control and information management.
Responsibilities
- Upload, indexing and maintain documents and data in the APM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates for asset documentation.
- Support controlled processes for engineering/technical documentation.
