Prime Response, Inc. is recruiting an Engineering Project Coordinator in Johannesburg, South Africa for a data center project. The role develops business process and project management skills within a technical domain and supports the project team with administrative and logistics duties.

The position requires strong schedule, scope, resource and risk management capabilities, customer focus and effective communication to help deliver project milestones on time and within scope.

Formación

• Proven ability to manage project schedules and deliverables.
• Ability to define and control project scope and needed work.
• Experience planning resources and tracking budgets or inputs.

Responsabilidades

• Serve on projects and assignments, applying basic project management principles.
• Identify and work with others to resolve project issues.
• Monitor and communicate project status to the team.
• Assist with budget planning, research, and timeline development.
• Help manage project risk and apply quality tools to mitigate risks.
• Document learnings and share insights across teams.
• Maintain project notes and records and report status to the Project Manager.
