Job summary

Commspace is seeking a mid-level Data & AI Agent Analyst to blend data analytics with AI agent development. You will deliver dashboards and build AI agents that automate internal analytics and product features, driving smarter decisions.

You will design, implement, and optimise data workflows, apply prompt engineering, and leverage RAG techniques to deliver reliable agent experiences. A flexible, learning-focused environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in data science, CS, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a data/BI role or similar.
• Hands-on with AI agents, LLM apps, or automation solutions.
• Strong SQL (PostgreSQL) and Python for data work.

Responsibilities

• Own reports, dashboards, and analytics for the business and clients.
• Design, build, and improve AI agents automating workflows.
• Develop SQL queries, data visualisation, and data quality checks.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and document processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy agents safely to production.
